We have a semi-furnished third-floor loft space for short-term rent beginning February 1st until June 1st (with possibility of extension), located in beautiful Kitsilano!
A little bit about the home (we occupy the 2nd and 3rd floor):
- fully furnished with tons of natural daylight and stunning view of the mountains
- outdoor deck on back of house
- 1 block from shops and amenities on Broadway and very easy access to bus lines
- 10min walk to the beach
- street parking available
A little bit about the room:
- includes own washroom with sink, toilet, and shower
- wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and bed frame included
- lots of nicely sized windows including skylights and mountain view
- has own gas fireplace
A little bit about the people you would be sharing the house with:
Two working professionals in their 30s who work full-time and appreciate coming home to a clean, safe, and relaxing environment. We love the outdoors, living in Vancouver, and traveling.
You:
Enjoy a sense of community, are open to pitching in around the house, and like sharing a few meals together here and there. Substance-free lifestyle preferred. Looking for a responsible, quiet roommate.
Lastly:
- there are 2 cats living in the house, so must be OK with animals
- no additional pets or couples, please
Rent is $1300 + internet (utilities included)
