We are looking for a female tenant attending UBC to rent one of the two bedrooms on the main floor of a single-family house.
Location: Kerrisdale (quiet and safe residential area)

• To Downtown: 2-minute walk + Bus #2 (about 35 minutes)
• To Canada Line: 5-minute walk + Bus #41 or R4 (about 10 minutes)

Lease Term: Minimum 6 months (no name transfers)
Rent: $980/month (includes utilities and internet)
Deposit: $490 (half month’s rent)
