About the room: It’s a private bedroom with a shared bathroom (you’d be sharing it with me). The room comes furnished as shown in the pictures (excluding a laptop, but you can use the monitor if you want). It includes a spacious closet and a small window facing the backyard of the house. It’s one of the two smaller bedrooms in the home. All utilities are included (water, hydro, and heating for the winter months).
About the house: It has 1 private bedroom with a bathroom inside and 2 smaller bedrooms (this one) with a shared bathroom. The home also includes a living room with a 3-piece sofa set, TV, a washer, a dryer, a kitchenette with a fridge, an oven and 2 air fryers.
About us: You’d be sharing the house with me, Enzo (29), and Eduardo (31). I work remotely as an Account Manager at a marketing agency, and outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer and training during the week. I’m really into sports in general. Eduardo works in catering, usually at events in the afternoons and evenings. We both like to keep the common areas clean and respect each other’s personal space, creating a comfortable and easygoing home environment.
