We are located a 5 min wal to 49th ave bus to UBC and 4 block walk to Langara College. 10 min walk to Oakridge. Looking for quiet one person who keeps regular hours.

You will have space in the kitchen for food and a separate fridge. We keep the kitchen clean after using.
There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house and only 2 others living in the house. Mother and adult son. We are a working professional female and male college student.
50% damage deposit is required and will be returned when you leave as long as the room and bathroom are clean and no damage is done.
