A private fully furnished bedroom available in my one bedroom apartment in downtown Vancouver in a high-rise building, close to Stanley park in a safe and very good location near to bus stops and all amenities (Safeway and whole foods and coffee shops and restaurants and many others). No indoor party and smoking please. The kitchen and bathroom is to be shared. the Room is big, bright and fully furnished with a small and a big closet and a table.
You share the apartment with me. You will have the private furnished bedroom and I stay in the living room area. I am a mature working male looking for a friendly, quiet and clean person male or female to share my apartment with.
Students and persons with holiday working visa are welcome too. duration of rent is minimum six months or more.
Rent is $950
Available now or March 15th or April 01th. All Utilities , heat , hot water. hydro and high speed internet are included in the rent plus some other basic stuff (toilet paper and other cleaning things) are included free of charge.
