I'm an actor and I have a room in my two bedroom apartment I use as a studio for my auditions and taping side hustle that I also rent as a bedroom. So if you are comfortable renting a room that I would still need to use from time-to-time, feel free to reach out to schedule a viewing. It comes already furnished with a pull out sofa so you wouldn't be able to bring your own bed. During a busy week there could be 2-3 tapings/day up to a couple of hours of use. Some weeks there are no tapings at all, so when not in use, it is your private bedroom. I also live in the apartment in the other bedroom. If you're an actor as well, you have a free studio and reader at all times!
In exchange, I am offering a discount on the rent. Half would be $1050, but I'm only asking $895. That also includes wifi. Hydro, we split (approx $25-$30/each, every two months)
