This is ideal for someone who intends to stay SHORT TERM (4 months minimum) or LONG TERM (6 months or more),
Accepting applicants now. This is ideal for tourist or students with holiday/working visa who intends to stay in Vancouver for a short period of time and this offer is by far the cheapest place you can ever rent here in the heart of downtown area.
A HALF MONTH damage/security deposit and a PHOTOCOPY of applicant's govt. issued ID/documents such as passport including proof of local employment or being student or tourist is a must/required for security and safety purposes of the unit owner.
Kindly attach a PHOTO of yourself and a brief background about yourself on your first reply so that I will know who I'm showing my place to.
A daily basis ($80 per day) with minimum of 5 days renting can be arranged too.
If you are planning to stay in my living room because of your tight budget, $850 per month is applied. Available on 01 JUNE 2026 and onwards or until occupied. A single size foldable mattress, pillow, blankets is provided. Wifi/Internet, common laundry room, kitchen utilities is included in the monthly rent.
