Private Bedroom in shared international house.

This international house has 5 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 shared kitchen (bathrooms and main kitchen shared with 4 bedrooms, the other bedroom has its private bathroom and kitchenette). Everyone has designated spaces in the kitchen for their personal food.
It's located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Close to Langara College. Winona Park is a block away. About 7 minute walk to Marine Drive Station. Easy travel to Downtown and the Airport via the Canada Line SkyTrain. This Hub has many, stores restaurants, groceries, banks, gym and more.

The house is completely furnished (furnished bedroom with linen, kitchen with utensils) and all utilities (water, electricity, gaz, internet) and consumables (cleaning supplies, basic cooking ingredient) are included.

Everyone has designated spaces in the kitchen for their personal food.
Social gathering, like game night, about once a month.
