One of our roommates unfortunately had to move back home for a graduate program and now there is a vacancy in our 3 bedroom middle floor apartment in the heart of kitsalano,
2 blocks from the beach, close to 4th ave, 10 min bus to Ubc or downtown.
The room is big and fully furnished with a queen, desk and dresser, has a closet and built in shelving unit.
The house is also fully furnished, lots of windows, big kitchen and a big bathroom.
A little about the inhabitants: both men in our late 30's, 1 works in the hospitality industry, the other working as an accountant. very laid back, always having a good laugh over a beer on a nice day. We're both very clean and tidy individuals, constantly out doing rad stuff. We have a lovely Dog named Athena, so must love dogs does apply. Sorry only room for one furry friend!
Rent includes utilities, internet as well as free shared laundry and parking on the street. $1500 + 1/2 months rental deposit ($750).
6 month minimum stay.
