We are two young professional friends sharing this entire beautiful home. We each have our own space on separate floors, enjoying both privacy and plenty of space. There is a shared kitchen and living room on the mainfloor, along with a well maintained Zen Garden.
We are looking to find someone that is quiet and respectful, who would also like to call this place their home! We are renting the entire top floor of the house, which includes two rooms and a half bathroom. The main bathroom is located on the main floor and is only shared with one other person.
We are centrally located, less then 10 minutes walk away from 29th Ave skytrain station. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities in our neighborhood.
