A few of us are students here (from UBC & Langara), but most of us are working professionals. There are currently 7 (5 boys & 2 girls) other people in this house. The house has two floors, 4 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms. This room is on the lower floor. It's a cosy room with a big window and lots of natural light as it faces our garden. The room comes with all the furniture in the picture.
Also, utilities are included in the rent, and we have a cute dog at home ;)
We're all diligent folk here who keep the house super clean and are always on good vibes.

The lease is month-to-month.
The house is a 3-minute walk from the 49 and 17 bus stop and a 9-minute walk to the Langara Skytrain station.
