I have a room available in a 2 bedroom apartment right in Kits - near Broadway & Burrard, very short walk to 4th/the beach/grocery stories etc.

Rent is $1100/mo + utilities (approx. $25/month internet and approx. $50-70 every 2 months for hydro).

Important Info:
*A cat also lives here! Cat is very friendly, and quite chatty
*There is not much storage space (aside from lots of kitchen cabinets) and no additional storage in building
*No dishwasher, microwave or TV. Open to getting a microwave though!
