There is bike storage and street parking (no permit necessary). There is also a backyard and super nice people living below. The house is in one of the quietest areas in the city and the windows overlook big lush trees which offer us privacy.
You would be sharing with me, a 37 year old Nutritionist/Bartender/ plant mom hoping to study nursing at UBC. I love music (and just started singing), the outdoors, snowboarding, wellness, cooking, festivals, and alternative medicine. I’m super easy to live with - respectful, clean, friendly, outgoing but also introverted. I can offer room mate references as well :)
Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, cafes all around the corner. Noteworthy spots within a 5m walk - IGA, No Frills, BCL, Banyon Books, Killer Ice Cream.
Busses 4 and 7 are a 5m walk away and take you directly downtown or to Vancouver city centre train station.
The 84 bus is an 8m walk away and takes you directly to Olympic Village Station.
Rent is $1500 + bills ($100)
Available May 1st. Also I travel around BC a lot in the summer so. you would have the place to yourself a lot.
No couples, no pets - sorry.
