We’re expanding our studios and are looking for artists and creatives to join our lovely space. The space is clean, well-managed, and home to a diverse community of artists and creatives, from clothing designers, ceramic artists, and painters to photographers, video editors, jewellers, and hobbyists. It's a lovely community, and the vibes are impeccable.
Here are the details:
* Located in the Hastings Sunrise, Clarke, Strathcona area.
* 24/7 access
* Shares welcome (3 people max.)
* 3 months minimum required. Month-to-month afterwards. 30 days notice required.
* Wifi, hydro, heat (great heat), and security system are all included.
* Amenities include a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, ice maker, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, coffee and tea included. As well as a small sitting area, shop sink, bathroom and great lighting.
* The studio is well-managed and cared for.
* Eastside Culture Crawl friendly.
*Please note that this is not a live-in studio*
*One month security deposit required)
