Senior independent gentleman is seeking a responsible mature individual (preferably retired) for cooking, basic housekeeping & support service, in exchange for private accommodation and meals. His home is located in the Queen Elizabeth Park area.
Duties include: Meal preparation, grocery shopping, light housekeeping as needed, assistance with errands and/or appointments as needed. Work days and hours, including days off, are negotiable.
Accommodation: Furnished or unfurnished - includes bedroom, full bathroom, sitting room on a separate floor of the home, and shared use of common areas: kitchen, dining, TV & laundry rooms. Accommodation is for one person only.
Criteria: The successful candidate should be in good health with no mobility issues; hold a valid BC driver's license and has a vehicle; completed Food Safe training an asset; is a non-smoker and no pets allowed. Related experience is a definite asset. References and criminal record check are required.
