The rent is $1080 a month. Move in date is March 15 or April 1st!!!

You share kitchen and bathroom with 2 more tenants: the boy from Philippines and the boy from Thailand. Both tenants working full time, respect each other and do cleaning every week.

We are going to ask for half month damage deposit (540$). Utilities and internet included.

From the furniture we have queen size bed, table with a chair, shelf and wardrobe. So, the room is furnished!!!

Excellent location, super nice neighborhood!

It's one block away from Sunset Beach Park and Vancouver Aquatic Community Center and all Downtown within 15 min walking time the most. Bus stop is next block.

Amazing place for foreign student or working holiday person.

Tenancy is month to month (3 months minimum).

But long stay also welcome!
