RV pads (Vancouver island)

I am looking to rent a private RV pad. Ideally, I’m looking for someone with a large property who would be willing to rent out a small space with electricity. Having water and a dump connection would be a bonus, but it’s not mandatory.
I am looking for a location between Campbell River and Victoria. I prefer a quiet place surrounded by nature.
I currently live in a 28’ RV on North Vancouver Island. I have been working as an engineer for the same employer for the past two years. I chose this lifestyle because my job often requires me to be away on boats, so it doesn’t make sense for me to pay $1,000 per month for a regular RV pad.
I am looking for something more reasonable, around $500 per month, considering how little I am on-site.
I am respectful, and I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs. My girlfriend lives in Vancouver, which is another reason why I am not home very often.
If you are interested in earning some extra income with no hassle, feel free to contact me.
I am also a handyman, so I could potentially offer work in exchange for part of the rent.

I am flexible on price depending on what is included (power, water, etc.).
