We are looking for a Warehouse Associate.
• 8:00am to 4:30pm (8 Hour Shift), Monday – Thursday
• 7:30am to 4:00pm (8 Hour Shift), Friday
Department:
• Warehouse Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing various tasks as assigned by our warehouse manager which may include moving pallets, loading, unloading, packing, and picking
• Order picking items off racks accurately and efficiently
• Organizing stock levels & rotating products
• Understanding the different levels of product quality and conducting quality checks upon packing
• Counting, packing and inspecting finished product for correct label, cleanliness, and integrity
• Working to understand overall impact of his/her job on team productivity and plant profitability, maintaining high level of personal productivity and contributing suggestions for work process improvements
• Complying with all company policies, warehouse rules, and food safe regulations
Qualifications:
• Must be punctual, reliable, hard-working, a team-player and someone who takes
direction well.
• High School Diploma or equivilant
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to read, process, and complete paperwork as required
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Strong teamwork mentality and practices
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset
This is a full time permanent position with extended health and dental benefits after the probationary period.
