Sales & Customer Service Representative (Growth Opportunity)
We are growing our retail and online operations and are looking for a reliable, motivated team member who wants to learn and grow with the business.
Compensation: Starting from $3,300 / month (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Mt Pleasant, Vancouver, BC
Language: English
Schedule: 8 hours/day (9:00am–5:00pm), 5 days/week (includes some Saturdays; Saturday hours are 10:00am–4:00pm)
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or retail (preferred)

Overview
We’re hiring customer-focused team members who are interested in growing into a Store Manager role. This position starts on the front line, learning our products, customers, and daily operations, with structured opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities over time.
Advancement is based on performance and business needs.
Phase 1 – Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and retail sales support
- Process online orders
- Shipping and receiving
- Restock shelves and help keep the store organized
- Support daily store operations
- Interest in beading and jewelry making is an asset
Phase 2 – Leadership Development
- Salary increase

- Learn inventory management
- Help resolve customer issues
- Take part in scheduling and daily operations
- Reply to customer emails and calls
Phase 3 – Senior Associate / Team Lead (approx. 6–9 months)

- Opening and closing the store
- Training new staff
- Handling basic issues on shift
Phase 4 – Assistant Manager (approx. 1 year)
- Another raise

Phase 5 – Store Manager
