I've done and do: house and room renovations (strip walls to frame, put all brand new in; interior/exterior, bathrooms, kitchens), general construction, framing new houses, cabling/wiring, low voltage/data, electrical (347V and less), sheet metal (flashing, ducts), landscaping, yardwork, general labour, ...
Precise, good with measuring and math -- can also do more skilled, challenging or difficult tasks.
I don't do: concrete, forming, roofing (other than a small section during renovation), large retaining Allan block walls, large dusty demolitions (room-sized demolitions are fine), large area painting (big walls), household moving
Weekdays, weekends.
Day gigs or longer projects.
Indoor or outdoor work.
Mature helper/worker/labourer with many years of experience.
Physically fit.
Doing it the right way even when noone's looking. No corner cutting.
I can work independently.
I don't smoke, drink or spend time on phone.
Toolbelt, hand tools, PPE, full rain gear.
All I need to know is what time and where to be and I'll be there.
I live in Vancouver. Work in neighbouring cities is fine.
