Hi! I work full-time 9-5 (non-auto related) and I’m looking for a secure detached garage to store a classic car along with my tools. I’d like to have the ability to do maintenance and hobby work occasionally in the early evenings after work or on weekends (not late).
I'm clean, organized, and respectful—the kind of person who puts every tool back where it belongs at the end of the day. I’m mindful of noise and always aim to be a good neighbor. This is strictly for personal hobby use, not for business or commercial activity.
In the ten years I have been working on my own cars in Vancouver, I have never had a complaint. I moved into an apartment and I am hoping to find a long-term arrangement with someone who’s open to a responsible tenant who takes pride in caring for both the vehicle and the space.
