I don’t use it enough but I love the space, location and the group of people sharing the space.
At the moment it’s set up for one desk but I would re- work the layout to accommodate extra desk(s)
For one person it would be $750 or
Or if for two people $400 per person
Additional amenities
- conference table
- silent booth
- kitchenette
- outdoor patio
Computer based business would be ideal as there is not a lot of storage space.
Artist desk would be ok as well- however, not a lot of space for storage again , but we can certainly look at options
