Looking for a professional, fully furnished space to see clients in downtown Vancouver? We have two rooms available for rent inside an established therapy group practice; a welcoming, by-appointment-only office that's already set up to feel calm and clinical.
Both rooms include access to a client waiting room with a stocked coffee and tea bar, a staff kitchen, WiFi, printing, basic office supplies, and snacks. Everything is ready to go so you can focus on your clients.
The Dr. Ruth Room (Interior office)
A smaller, cozy room with natural light through a glass partition. Furnished with a couch, armchair, desk, and desk chair. Great for individual therapy.
Available Sunday through Friday
Half-day (8am–2pm or 2:30pm–8:30pm): $180/week, billed monthly
Full day (8am–8pm): $350/week, billed monthly

The Brotto Room (Large window office)
Our largest office, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the city. Located at the end of the hall, it feels private and spacious, suitable for individuals, couples, family therapy, small groups, or art therapy.
Available Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Half-day (8am–2pm or 2:30pm–8:30pm): $225/week, billed monthly
Full day (8am–8pm): $400/week, billed monthly
