Ideally Minimum 4 months but looking for longer.

- $230/month. Additions $230 Security Deposit required and references
- Internet and utilities are included.
- Portable AC UNIT & Baseboard heaters!
- We also have a robust HEPA air purifier that works and is fast!
We are currently two filmmakers, and two architects (one is leaving). We're all the in office at various times but often you will have it to yourself. Next door is a fashion designer and a photographer, upstairs is Capture Photography Festival, and Fillip magazine.
