Receptionist/notarial or legal assistant (downtown Vancouver)

compensation: Salary is competitive and commensurate with your ability and experience

We are seeking a receptionist to join our professional and friendly team. Duties would include:
Welcoming and greeting clients in a prompt professional manner;
Answering phones and relaying correct messages in a professional manner;
Preparing mail and arranging couriers;
Opening files, preparing searches, etc. as well as closing files;
Sending and delivering faxes;
Management of office supplies and kitchen supplies
Bank and other required runs at least twice a day;
Maintain a tidy and clean reception and signing rooms in orderly manner;
Pleasant, professional attitude while functioning in effective and efficient manner;
Maintain a neat and well groomed appearance
Possible overflow general administration duties if required;
Ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure;
Arrange appointments, comply with identification requirements and set up notarizations;
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, calendar, etc.)
Organizing, planning, listening and attention to detail;
Communicates verbally and in written format with confidence and clarity;
Willing to work as a team player;
Further advancement possible;
Great typing skills; good initiative and reliability;
