As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact. Our ideal candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and support activities for the office to ensure efficient operation of the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with a customer service focused team. They will behard-working, energetic, friendly, detail oriented, discreet, professional and articulate, with excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who wants grow within our successful company. This position is suitable for a recent high school or college graduate.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer, screen and direct inbound phone calls and clearly determine the purpose of the call •Look after clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing •Take and relay messages •Answer general questions and queries about orders from customers via telephone and email•Assist customers service representatives with initial inquiries and concerns from customers•Assist with incoming sales calls as needed •Help with order processing and minor bookkeeping duties•Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to complete assigned administrative tasks •Maintain and organize filing system, retrieve documents from filing and other assigned office duties as needed QualificationsKnowledge, skills, and abilities•Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite •Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures •Ability to handle confidential information •Keyboarding skills •Ability to work a multi-line phone system •Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
