Our multidisciplinary health clinic is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized person to join our team as a full time receptionist. We are primarily a physiotherapy and massage therapy clinic based in Kitsilano and we have a diverse clientele. As the receptionist, this person’s responsibilities include:

greeting and processing clients
answering phones and booking clients
manage 3rd party claims (ICBC, PBC, MSP, private insurance)
tidying rooms for clients and doing light laundry
general facility maintenance
In order to be successful, this person must have a high attention to detail, have great customer service skills, and be confident with computers and different software programs. In addition, s/he should be comfortable working in a busy environment and be able to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a medical or health office strongly preferred.
