Fed is a new Vancouver-based meal company that cooks and delivers nutritious, gourmet meals to offices and homes daily. We are looking for a personable and entrepreneurial customer service/admin assistant with an interest in nutrition to join our team and play a key role in our growth. In this role, you’ll be working closely with the nutrition lead to ensure we meet our product goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow concerns through to resolution
• Address customer questions via email and phone
• Record and report customer feedback to team
• Help implement changes to improve our offering based on customer feedback
• Monitor customer activity and identify trends
• Maintain positive & friendly relationship with customers
• Record and maintain an accurate record of customer allergies and dietary restrictions
• Conduct office and food inventory checks
• Review and update website content
• Review and organize delivery schedules
• Organize and pack Fed products for delivery
• Other duties as required

Skills & Qualities:
• Strong attention to detail
• Work well independently and with a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong interest in Food, Health and Nutrition
• Organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable with technology

• 1+ year of experience in a customer interfacing role
• Some post secondary experience
