Pro Broker Agency works within the real estate industry to provide outbound calling services for real estate and mortgage offices.
Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at our beautiful Downtown Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients, taking inbound calls, processing reports and conducting follow-up tasks as necessary. This is an in-office position, this is not remote/work from home position.
Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from clients
- Manage and maintain a database of clients
- Processing daily reports for clients
- General assistance as necessary at the office
- Working with the executive team directly
Requirements:
- Fluency in English as a first language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Compensation:
