Our busy physiotherapy clinic is looking for a full time receptionist. Set shifts will be between 730am to 830pm Monday to Friday and 730am to 3pm on Saturdays. We are located few blocks east of Boundary Road on Kingsway, in Burnaby.
Our admin staff ensure the efficient, professional and organized operation of the clinic and work closely with other staff to provide outstanding customer service. Duties include (but are not limited to): reception, billing clients, assisting physiotherapists, general housekeeping, etc.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who meets the following criteria:
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills
- Cheerful with attention to detail
- Team player
- Quick learner; able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers
- Customer service experience with the public
- Flexible hours; available to work Saturdays and weekday evenings
- Ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese will be an asset
