Well established carbon neutral landscape company is looking for a part-time administrative coordinator. No experience is necessary but all applicants should posses strong organisational skills, demonstrate a high attention to detail and have excellent phone and email etiquette. We hope to find a coworker who is positive, courteous, non-smoking, open-minded and has a good sense of humour. Valid drivers license is required. Hours and days are flexible and can be discussed in person. Expectation would be minimum eight hours per week but the position can allow for more or less hours/days depending on your availability and personal schedule. Position would be ideal for candidates with parental responsibilities and require workplace flexibility.
Tasks vary but will include:
- Data entry
- Document filing
- Receipt organisation & filing
- Social Media management
- Carbon Neutral auditing
- Company event planning
- Office and warehouse inventory control and purchasing
- Office and warehouse upkeep
- And other miscellanies
