Here’s a great sounding (and looking IMHO) Emma Reezafratzizt 2 OD and Distortion pedal that is handmade in Denmark, extremely versatile and can nail everything from light OD to cranked tube amp tones. Note: Pic is from the internet – my pedal looks exactly the same.
The low and high controls are active and provide an amazing range of control over the pedal. They’re flat at noon and you can boost bass or treble content to the drive signal and change it's character (I think they’re +/- 12 db). If you want to add mids simply cut the bass and treble frequencies to below noon to let the mids predominate. Pretty cool.
But the really unique feature about this pedal – and what sets it apart from the rest of the pack – is the Bias knob. It has a significant affect on the gain structure and overall tone, and allows you to morph between various types of overdriven or distorted amp types and tones that both sound but also FEEL different, essentially moving from more compressed Class B crunch response on the far left to wide open and transparent Class A jangle on the far right – and everything in between.
The Reezafratzizt ll also cleans up beautifully when you roll down your volumes or vary your picking dynamics, giving you all kinds of gain levels at your fingertips.
There are a bunch of videos of the pedal on YouTube that will give you a good idea of the pedal. Here’s a link to a great Pro Guitar Shop review:

And here’s the blurb from the Emma website:
“A unique type of overdrive/distortion pedal that is designed to emulate as faithfully as possible the distortion characteristics of a real tube amp.
With the inclusion of a bias control the user is allowed to adjust the inner workings of the amplifier from class B (far left) to class A (far right) and anywhere in between, altering the harmonic structure of the signal and providing a much wider variety of tonal options than your standard OD/ distortion pedal.
Additional controls for Level, Gain, Hi and low Cut/Boost tone circuit allow the user to fine tune the ReezaFRATzitz to taste.
The 2nd generation ReezaFRATzitz is based on the best sounding Reeza RF-1 we could find. We added a low and high frequency control that gives you unprecedented midrange control.
Also added are the ingenious circuit: 'untrue bypass' that at Emma electronic is known as 'the overlord of the beast'. There are many myths about mechanical true bypass. Often a true bypass is of no benefit to your signal chain. We chose the best solution for the ReezaFRATzitz RF-2.”
The pedal is in excellent “as new” condition with not a mark on it and was never taken out of the house or gigged. It has 2 strips of velcro on the bottom that can easily be removed.
I’m trying to downsize so not looking for trades, with 1 exception – a Bearfoot Sparkling Yellow Overdrive 3 (SYOD 3). Price is firm.
