works fine except a screen slightly cracked which doesn't affect the performance
It locked with the local provider, either Rogers or Bell.
You have to call to them to unlock the phone. It is bylaw in Canada for providers to unlock the phones for free.
No time to deal with it
Otherwise it is internet accessible via wi-fi as well as other settings
