You were sitting in section 319 row 11 seat 107 with your brother as I sat in seat 106 with my buddy. I didn't notice he was your brother at first and initially kept my head down (I was anxious to be at the game, and I half-heartedly attempted to cheer along with him at first), but as the four of us started getting into the game more, he was starting to high-five us more and you joined him. You hiccuped at sporadic points during the first and second period, which I thought was really cute and personable. You were generally polite, but started swearing after the Coyotes scored a couple iffy goals - just like a real fan would!

I couldn't tell if you were just trying to be nice or if you were actually interested in me, but you finally struck up a conversation with me during OT and I just acted all awkward because I was just surprised you wanted to talk to me. I think everyone was so choked that we lost in OT, that I couldn't even properly high-five you or your brother anymore and I felt like such a dork after behaving so awkwardly for the last ten minutes of the game. I thought you were really cool, and I wanted to give you my number, but your brother didn't look so happy and my buddy wanted to go immediately, so I left without saying much.
You seem really cool and I would love to connect again. I grew up here in South Surrey, but have been living in Calgary for the past 3 1/2 years and I'm visiting loved ones for just a week before I go back for only knows how long, but I would be entirely regretful to squander the opportunity to get to know you better, and I hope this letter finds you in good health. I may even be able to arrange to see you before I leave on Tuesday morning, so please, get back to me if you see this and I'm not just acting like the hopeful dork that I think I'm acting like!
