The inlet and outlet are brass 1” “male” connections. Depending on what the feed is, that will determine which fittings you’ll require. If it’s a residential connection, the water feed from the City of Vancouver will likely be ¾” so you would need a ¾” to 1” adapter.
The same holds true for the other side, which will be determined by the size of the distribution pipe.
If it’s for a commercial application, then the feed from the City will likely be 1” so no adapter required. Just a threaded 1” to 1” compression fitting.
