We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our company. This role involves picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively with both customers and team members.
- Pick, pack, and prepare tile orders for shipment with accuracy and care
- Load and unload materials, including heavy tile products
- Operate a forklift safely (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Communicate professionally with customers during pickups or inquiries
