Property Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time) – Vancouver
Seeking a reliable, physically capable, and motivated individual to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of a large residential property in Vancouver.
This position is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or young professional who enjoys hands-on work, learning practical skills, and taking on increasing responsibility over time.
Duties May Include:
• General property maintenance
• Yard and outdoor work
• Cleaning and organizing
• Assisting with repairs and improvement projects
• Moving materials and supplies
• Property inspections
• Other maintenance-related tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:

• Physically fit
• Comfortable using ladders

• Able to work independently when needed
Compensation:
• $25–35 per hour depending on experience
