We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Maintenance / Resident Caretaker to support our Property Placements operations in Vancouver. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for extra income with flexible hours.
Position Details
Pay: $25/hour
Hours: 16–20 hours per week
Location: Vancouver (must currently live in Vancouver)
Flexible weekday and/or weekend schedule
Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance and repair work (changing appliances, change door locks, etc)
Assist with moving furniture and household items between properties
Coordinate with the team on maintenance and repair tasks
Help keep properties clean, safe, and well maintained
Landscaping (Including mowing lawns and trimming bushes)
Requirements
Must currently live in Vancouver
Previous maintenance or handyman experience is required (please do not apply without relevant experience)
Physically able to lift and move furniture
Reliable, punctual, and responsive
Valid Class 5 driver's license is required (company vehicle provided)
