About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, patient, and people-focused Landscaping Crew Lead to supervise and mentor a small crew of clients who are living with mental illness. You will deliver quality landscaping and power washing services across various sites in Vancouver while fostering a safe, productive, and encouraging work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires equal parts technical skill and compassion.
previous experience is an asset. This is a full-time role with our season going from March - December 22nd.
Qualifications
Landscaping certification or demonstrated professional experience
Proficiency with a variety of landscaping tools and equipment
Experience with power washing equipment
Full Class 5 BC driver's license in good standing — firm requirement, non-negotiable
Basic First Aid certification
Previous supervisory or crew lead experience
Patience and a genuine interest in supporting others
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
