We are a well-established landscape company expanding our construction division. Our work includes retaining walls, paver installations, fences, decks, pergolas/arbors, and related landscape construction. We are building a small, professional crew and hiring for the following roles:
Construction Foreman
$30-$35/hr depending on experience
• Strong experience building retaining walls and installing pavers (this is the main focus of the role) and a solid background in general landscape carpentry including fences, decks, and pergolas/arbors
• Ability to read basic drawings and scopes of work
• Experience leading a small crew
• Comfortable driving an F550 dump truck
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to maintain quality standards, clean sites, and safe work practices
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools required (tape, square, hammer, tool pouch)
• Enjoy working with like minded and hardworking crew
