What You will do:
Perform professional exterior cleaning services, including:
Pressure washing (commercial, strata, residential)
Fleet and truck washing
Roof cleaning and treatment
Gutter cleaning
Window cleaning
Work safely and efficiently at heights (ladders, roofs, multi-level properties)
Communicate with clients on-site to ensure an excellent customer experience
Use mobile tools for job details, invoicing, and scheduling
Operate and maintain company trucks and equipment
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (MUST HAVE):
2+ years experience in pressure washing / exterior cleaning
Experience with strata, commercial, or larger residential projects
Comfortable and confident working at heights (required)
Experience with truck/fleet washing is a strong asset
Good understanding of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces
Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license preferred
