Season starts: March 9 (flexible start within 2 weeks). Full-time, Mon–Fri, ~7:45–4:30.
Role: Exterior Cleaning Technician (windows, pressure washing, gutters, roofs).
Path: Start as Technician → clear path to Crew Lead with mapped training milestones.
Pay: $23–27/hr DOE + tips/bonuses, Living Wage Certified.
Work: Physically demanding, outdoors in all weather, lots of ladders/heights and moving gear.
Must-haves:
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable on ladders/roofs and with heights
- Fit enough to lift/carry 50+ lbs regularly (up to ~100 lbs when needed)
- Conversational English (speak, listen, and follow multi-step instructions with customers)
