compensation:Overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate. Full-time position with consistent hours. WCB coverage, paid vacation, and statutory holiday pay provided.
General Construction worker Wanted (Full-Time)
Due to business growth, we are looking for General Construction workers to join our team.
Job Location：
Residential construction sites throughout the Greater Vancouver Area
Job Details：
Full-time position
8 hours per day
Consistent work available
Overtime pay provided
Formal employment contract
WCB coverage
Paid vacation and other benefits
Wage：
$20–$25/hour during the probation period
Starting wage will depend on relevant experience
Wage adjustments will be made after the probation period based on performance and skill level
Requirements：
Previous insulation installation or similar construction experience is preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
Basic English communication skills
Must have a valid work permit and be legally eligible to work in Canada
