Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner / Janitorial staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage time efficiently, and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. This role also offers opportunities for professional skill development in operating a small lawn mower tractor and pool maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily janitorial and cleaning duties
- Clean floors, elevators, restrooms, gym and yoga areas
- Dust and sanitize fitness equipment and common surfaces
- Empty trash and perform litter pickup around exterior grounds
- Operate a small lawn mower tractor to pull out and move large waste bins (training provided if needed)
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues or minor repair needs to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently
- Physically able to perform medium-heavy lifting and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
