Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team This is a full-time, outdoor role suited for someone who is comfortable with hands-on labour, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and brings a strong work ethic to every job.
What You Will Do
● Power washing (buildings, parkades, sidewalks, and other sites)
● Window cleaning
● Gutter cleaning and exterior maintenance
● Graffiti removal and post-construction cleaning
● Operate equipment safely and follow all work procedures
● Work on commercial and strata properties across the Lower Mainland
Requirements
● Comfortable working outdoors and handling hands-on work
● Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
● Strong work ethic and reliability
● Comfortable working at heights
● Valid authorization to work in Canada
Assets (Not Required)
● Fall protection or safety certifications
● Experience with power washing or window cleaning
● Knowledge of ladders, bosun’s chairs, or lift equipment
● Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
