A Studio Wanted -starting 30 May (Vancouver)

i am looking to a Studio preferably furnished for 6 months as start with possibility to extend. i need it from 1st June ( prefer to move in end of May as i will move out from current unit i live now end of May.
My Area of interest: since am working in D, town and not driving so prefer as close as possible to D.town.
like in Metrotown, west End, Downtown, North Vancouver, lower lonsdale.
PS: i am looking for a nice clean place.
(not too old buildings or old fashion. old building is ok as long as is renovated and in good condition)
about me:
am on a full time technical job with engineering firms in D. town. very responsible, tidy and quiet ( ref. available up on request)
PS: i do not have pet.
