We are two responsible, reliable working professionals (family members) looking for a long-term rental starting around June 1 (move-in date somewhat flexible around May/June).

• Cat-friendly
• Basement suite preferred
• Budget up to $2500/month (utilities included preferred)
• Preferred locations: Vancouver or Burnaby
• Long-term rental
A bit about us:
We are quiet, clean, and respectful tenants who do not party and do not smoke. We keep a clean home and are respectful of neighbours and property.
One tenant owns his own business and is currently on contract with Telus, and the other works as a driver. We both have stable income and can provide proof of employment. We can also provide references, rental history, and credit information.
We are looking for a comfortable, long-term place that is a good fit for our current needs and will treat your property with care and respect.
