Responsible Paramedic Looking for 1-2 Bedroom (Mt Pleasant)

I work full-time, so I am generally quiet in the house, do lots of outdoor activities (early to bed, early to rise), no smoking/partying. I'm responsible, financially stable, and reasonable. I value good communication with my landlords and treat the place as if it were my own. I come with 1 small, mature dog who is quiet and well-behaved. We both have outstanding references. Looking for either a 1-bedroom (~$1500) or a 2-bedroom (~$2100), price depending, ideally in the Mt Pleasant/Strathcona area. I do have 1 vehicle. Please reach out if we could be a good fit!
