Looking for housing (Vancouver)

I'm currently looking for accommodation in Vancouver area (possibly further out for the right place) and am fairly flexible on the setup - bachelor, 1-bedroom, top floor of a house, above a business, etc. (not looking for basement suites). Furnished or unfurnished.
Could potentially be long term if it's the right fit.
About me:
• Registered nurse / investor
• Quiet, clean, respectful lifestyle
• Non-smoker, no vaping or drugs
• Stable full-time income
• Have a vehicle, so parking is a must
Location-wise I'm flexible. I'm currently in Yaletown, but open to anywhere around False Creek, Crosstown, Stadium District, downtown, or even a bit further out for the right situation.
Would love:
• Patio or outdoor space
• Sauna/building amenities (nice bonus, not a requirement)
