I am looking for a 1 bedroom basement suite to rent long term for a couple of years. I don't smoke or party. Ideally looking for a place around Kingsway and Knight by the Anytime Fitness Gym since my gym is there but open to other places within Vancouver too, that has a full kitchen, washer and dryer included, private entrance and a place is nice and well taken care of.
